President and CEO
Jack Lee's client centric approach has made him a leader in the lead generation industry. Jack founded NPI in 2018 and continues to lead its execution as our President and CEO. He has successfully grown the company to where it is today., "a relied upon business development agency."
Prior to NPI, Jack founded and was President and CEO of Andrews Wharton (a notable direct response business development agency), and was responsible for the bottom-line and the direction of different business teams for over 20 years. Jack began his career at Esquire, Inc., where he was regularly promoted until a 200% growth rate earned him the title of Managing Director of the Leisure Group. At Gruner + Jahr USA Publishing, Jack was the General Manager of the Direct Response Group and restored profitability while growing revenue from $7million dollars to $60 million dollars. Jack also successfully managed a $160MM operating unit within Donnelley Marketing where his team launched 20 new products and consistently exceeded the yearly sales forecast ..
Jack is active in the Direct Marketing community and has been a member of the DMA, NYDMC, NPSE, FMA as well as served on the DMA's List & Database Council board. He has been a guest speaker at multiple DMA functions and was a guest instructor at the Center for Direct Marketing, NYU School of Continuing Education.

Steven is a graduate of Marist College (now Marist University) with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing. He brings over 20 years of experience in direct response and over 15 years in Lead Generation. Listening and learning about clients' obstacles and creating tailored plans for improvement is where he excels.
